We offer a thorough and intensive training package consisting of both the theoretical and practical aspects of welding.

The objective of the training is to provide trainees with a minimum level of theoretical understanding of the plastic welding process and to achieve practical competence in welding.

The contents will include the introduction of common thermoplastics like PP, PE, PVC, PVDF and common processing techniques; the proper procedure control and safe operation, understanding of weld properties - how to identify faults/defects and how to avoid them.

On completion of the training, the trainees will be tested for the proficiency in both theory and hands-on. Certificates will be awarded to successful trainees.

We conduct training courses at our training center as well as at our customer’s facility and/or on-site to suit customer’s needs.
