Mobile plastic welding machine for the heating element butt welding of plastic PE, PP pipes and fittings made out of polyolefines of the dimensions OD 50 - 160. The solid basic machine has two aluminium clamping tools swivelling eacht to 15° for the fabrication of segmented bends. By using different reducer inserts of a small, large or extra-large type, all clampming options can be realized. For fittings with extremely short legs, solid steel clamping tools in small version are available.

The solid base with ball-bearing guidings, spindle and power input damped by springs enables quick movements for short change-over times as well as a soft pressure build-up. Due to the compact and solid design, the machine is ideally suitable for the usage at places with difficult access under on site conditions. For the stationary usage, an additional basement is available which enables to use the machine as table set.

The solid planer (230 V/400W) with electric drive has been optimized with respect to a most simple handling. The electronically controlled heating element (230 V/800 W) has an anti-stick coating of high quality, an exterman mains switch and control lamps for an interval checking. The exact temperature control meets all requirements of DVS 2208.

For the safe sotrage of heating element and planer, a solid and easily portable heat-protected box is available. The complete machine can be transported and stored in a transport case with additional compartments for all reduction inserts. Also available: versions in 110 V, °F or with lbs-force-display.

Heating element butt welding machine for plastic pipes and fittings made of polyolefines from OD 20 up to OD 110 mm. This machine is very handy, light and particularly suitable for making seams on the site or for weldings at difficultily accessible places. As a peculiarity of this machine, the two outer clamping tools can be screwed off in order to be able to weld fittings together without any problem.

The pe/pp pipes or fittings can easily and quickly be clamped in a fixed and a mobile double clamping tool. The movement of the double clamping tool and application of the jointing force are controlled by a handwheel. The jointing force is continuously adjustable.

The planer (230 V/400 W) is hinged onto the guide shafts. It has an electrical drive and an automatic external chip removal.

The heating element (230V/600 W) is nonstick-coated and has a working diameter of 140 mm, a control lamp, an on/off switch, an electronical temperature control and a connection cable with plug.

Reduction inserts to reduce the diameters are available for the following dimensions: OD 20/ OD 25/ OD 32/ OD 40/ OD 50/ OD 63/ OD 75/ OD 90 mm.

The sheet steel carrying case serves for the storage and transport of the machine and its accessories.
