WIDOS Miniplast/2 IR

The Miniplast/2 – IR is a machine developed for special applications in the manual welding of pipes and fittings from OD 20 - 110 by means of contact-free infrared technology.

All material applicable for infrared welding like e.g. PP and practically all fluoric material like PVDF, PCTFE, PFA etc. can be processed easily and securely with this machine without any system bonding. The material can be contained in large aluminium tools resp. as an alternative in small fitting clamps and fixed there securely. In order to mill the pieces in a true to size manner prior to welding, an electric planer with built-in limit stops is hinged into the basic machine and afterwards hinged and securely stored in a special heat-protected box if not needed anymore.

Sheet welding machines WIDOS PSM 10 / 15 / 20

The new machine generation of the WIDOS PSM series was developed in order to satisfy the highest demands in the field of sheet and board welding of all common thermoplastics.

The basic construction of the machine originates from our serial plastic welding machine WIDOS 2500 which has proved its worth a thousand times in the past; the machine tables are moved manually by a small wheel and a powerful spring provides the application of the joining pressure.

For a safe clamping of the sheets we apply an innovative system with threaded spindles that is capable of applying the highest clamping powers in the smallest machine version.

The non-bending heating element with compensation to a possible bending due to heat is highly anti-stick coated and exactly adjusted.
