»The latest generation of our easy to handle, lightweight and reliable hot air welding gun Quick-L-Electronic.«
Product Description
The hot air welding torch Quick-L-Electronic is characterised by a small handle that is both easy to grip and easy to use. Combined with a strong heat output of 1500 W 230V, the low-weight torch facilitates professional and fatigue-free welding.
In addition, the torch is equipped with a cold stage that can be switched on without changing the preselected heating stage.
The motor’s commutator carbons can be replaced several times, thus facilitating a continuous operation of the device. The carbons are easy to replace from the outside without having to open the device.
New! Our hand-held hot air welding torches’ carbon brushes are equipped with a safety lock that prevents damage to the motor when the carbons are used up.
The air-cooled heating element pipe matches numerous different nozzle shapes.
The all-purpose device for hot air welding any type of thermoplastic resin, technical textiles, tarpaulin materials, pond liners, roofing foils and foils used in swimming pool construction.
Can be used to repair truck tarpaulins and tents, to weld PVC floor coverings and linoleum

MINI-Electronic
»small and light-weight hot air welding gun.«
Product Description
Due to its light weight and handiness, the insulated welding gun MINI-electronic is perfectly suited for plastics fitters and tank manufacturers.
The heat output of 1500 W 230 V is infinitely variable between 20 and 700 °C and is kept constant by an electronic control system. In addition, it is possible to adjust the required air flow by means of an additional rotary knob.4
The device requires an external air supply, such as a side channel blower, fan or compressor. We additionally offer a mobile hand-held fan that is easy to carry and supplies the required air on construction sites and in the field.
If necessary, it is possible to equip the welding gun with a threaded slip-on nozzle M 10. This slip-on nozzle permits the use of screw-on quick-weld nozzles, which are preferably used in plastics and tank construction due to their high degree of stability.
The hot air welding gun MINI-electronic can be equipped with numerous accessories for welding plastic plates, pipes, components and tanks.
At construction sites and for use in the field, the additionally available hand-held fan supplies the required air flow.

Grand-L-Electronic
»The strong hot air welding fan for industry and trade.«
Product Description
The hot air fan GRAND-L-electronic is useful everywhere hot air flows are needed for heating, shaping, shrinking and activating.
The heat output of optionally 2600 W or 3000 W 230 V is infinitely variable from ambient temperature up to 650 °C. The device is furthermore equipped with an additional cold stage that can be switched on without changing the preselected heating stage. Depending on the nozzle, the air flow rate amounts to 450 litre/min.
The air flow can be changed by miscellaneous slip-on nozzles, thus offering numerous application possibilities.
NEW!
The motor carbons are equipped with a safety lock that prevents damage to the motor when the carbon brushes are used up.
With its 1360 g inclusive of the 3 m connection cable, the weight of the GRAND-L-electronic is so low that it can be used both as purely hand-held device and for installation in miscellaneous machines.
In the painting industry, the GRAND-L-electronic’s air flow is centred by means of a slip-on wide slot nozzle to burn off old paints and varnishes.
